SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?

For all items immediatly available you can choose from the following shipping options:                                                                     The delivery time is estimated from the moment your order is shipped, not from when it is placed.

* Express:

1)- Europe countries: 1-3 working days. The shipping service is free. 

2)- United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2-5 working days. The shipping service is free. 

3)- Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and remotes areas in the middle East: more than 4 working days. The shipping service is free. 

4)- USA & Sud America: 2-5 working days. The shipping service is free. 

5)- Africa: 2-7 working days. The shipping service is free. 

* Delivery on Saturday:

Euro 20 in Europe. Not available in other countries.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Rockoel is not responsable for any unanticipated delays beyong Rockoel’s control.

All orders are processed Monday through Friaday, excluding Italian holidays (January 1 and 6, Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1,  December 8, 25 and 26 ). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm. Saturday delivery is available for select postcodes at an additional charge. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.

Pre-order, customized items will ship on the estimated date notified to the customer. These items will ship through Express once they become available.

 

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will include a link to track your order through the carrier

 

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please contact us (info@rockoel.com).

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

 

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
